1/6/2015 · Neocate and alfamino use different oil and sugar sources so have a slightly different flavour and nutrient profiles but for the majority of babies either will do. For us we have found alfamino better as our baby prefers the taste but from a nutritional point of view I would also happily have used neocate .

He sent us away with 1 tin each of elecare, neocate & alfamino and told me to trial bubs on them over the easter long weekend and then let him know which one bubs takes better so he can write us a prescription.
